Rev. Hosea Chi visited Taiwan in March of 2007 and he met with Sister Shih-Jo Cheng to share about the worldwide ministry of C.E.C.  Sister Cheng had the burden.  Sister Cheng talked with Rev. Yang about her burden.  Although Rev. Yang did not have the burden for the Gospel ministry in Taiwan, he knew that Sister Cheng wanted to serve, so he encouraged her and by faith started a ministry there.  Rev. Yang then placed the ministry’s responsibility to Sister Cheng. The C.E.C. in Taipei was officially established on September 23, 2007.  C.E.M. then commissioned Rev. and Mrs. Chan from Holland to pastor the church on a short-term basis.   In August, 2008, Pastor and Mrs. Zion Wu was sent to Taipei to shepherding CEC in Taipei. In February, 2010, Pastor Hosea Chi replace Pastor Wu as the pastor of in CEC in Taipei.
