About the Church:

Rev. Moses Yang went to South Africa in November of 1995 for an exploratory trip.  He found out that there were a lot of Chinese here in this coastal area, yet there was no sight of a Chinese church.  Through the introduction of some brothers and sisters, he came to know sister Wu, who normally opened her home for Bible study. They realized that there was not enough spiritual nourishment through sharing only.  Although they had tried to make calls to Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore for help, there was no response. Rev. Yang came at the right time. He then sent a seminary student to start the ministry and the C.E.C. in Cape Town was officially established.
